Sabumnim first began Martial Arts in New York. Training under Master Hwong. He earned his black belt and then brought the sport to Tralee. He now runs the academy and is our head instructor. He has dedicated his life to teaching and sharing his martial arts knowledge with others. Now World and European champion, he continues to learn and advance every day.

Isabel first began Martial arts at the age of 9. Now 16 she is a 4 time world champion, 6 time European champion, and countless other title holder. She is a 2nd degree Black Belt and our senior instructor. Isabel specialises in kata and it is her favourite division to compete in. Isabel says “My favourite thing about the sport is the friendships and people I’ve met while training”.

Kiera began training with us at the age of 9, now training for 6 years she is a first degree black belt. Kiera is an exceptional student, both European and World champion, she continues to excel. Her favourite division is kata and she says her favourite aspect of the sport is the sense of community it gives her.

Rachel first began training at 11, now 5 years later she has earned her Black belt. Rachel is a natural teacher and her favourite part of the sport is instructing and the confidence it has brought her. Her favourite division to compete is weapons and she is an exceptional bo competitor.

Harry is our youngest Black belt in the club. At a young age of 10, he has quickly excelled in the sport showing immense natural talent. He is a born fighter and has the heart of a champion. Widly known at the club as a little warrior.
